Buthiana’s life journey has provided opportunities to lead, learn, teach, consult, coach and mentor. Her life mission is to encourage individuals to adopt a growth mindset. Her strength comes from never giving up on herself.

She has worked and managed in organizations and small-business settings, efforts led to teaching self-sufficiency and engaging with communities seeking to thrive.

Most importantly, Buthiana is guided by her vision for everyone to live a fulfilling life. Her commitment is to support everyone to achieve more with less effort and struggle. She says, “work is expected, but suffering is not required.”
